How to make an order

It's easy to make a purchase! Just select a watch, go to the product's page, click on "add to cart" and then "go to cart". From here, if requested, you will need to enter and confirm the shipping address, select your preferred payment method and then simply confirm the order.

Gift box

Kechiq offers you the option to request a gift package by choosing between the various ones available. A gift package includes a personalized gift card, decorative ribbon and greeting card with your message.


You can receive additional discounts and promotions through coupons. The coupon code must be entered during checkout.

Personal Shopper

Kechiq has its own Personal Shoppers; these people offer their experience and talent to give customers their best shopping tips and assistance in the main website procedures. You can request the assistance of a Personal Shopper by contacting Customer Service by phone, online chat, WhatsApp and Telegram.

Cancel order

An order can be canceled at any time before shipping. If the item has already been shipped, a refund can be requested free of charge. Customers can do this themselves from their own reserved area within the Orders section: just find the order to be canceled, click on the "Return" button and select the reason for canceling the product. Orders can also be canceled by contacting our Customer Service.

Payment, taxes and prices

Payment methods

PayPal - In order to ensure security and transparency on online payments, Kechiq has chosen PayPal as its only partner, as it is the leader in online transactions. PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely send or receive online payments. Paypal works like a normal current account: after you have registered online and opened your account, you can perform various transactions. You can associate a credit card, prepaid card or bank account to your PayPal account for free. As soon as PayPal is chosen as the payment method, the user is linked to a secure page where their email and password are requested; at this point the amount is immediately deducted from the PayPal account. Credit Card - We accept payments with all credit cards. As soon as credit card is chosen as the payment method, the user accesses the 3D Secure system, which is the free security system for your online purchases designed by the International Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (SecureCode MasterCard) Circuits to prevent any misuse of credit cards and to avoid unwanted charges. The operator and the consumer involved in an Internet purchase cannot verify the real identity of the counterparty: this leaves room for online fraud, where malicious people use credit card numbers they have stolen from the legitimate owners (for example, by using discarded payment receipts). The new security protocols therefore require that the consumer demonstrates his identity by entering, at the end of the payment transaction, the security code he receives by SMS on his cell phone.

Bank transfer - Payments can be made by bank transfer in all currencies.
The coordinates are communicated during the order phase and may vary depending on the billing country.


Product prices are always inclusive of VAT where applicable, except for those displayed by business customers, who will always see prices after taxes.

Printing receipts and invoices

The customer will receive an order confirmation email which will contain a link for downloading the order's receipt valid for tax purposes. The tax documentation can also be accessed at any time within your reserved area in the Orders section.

The products are shipped with various logistic practices; for this reason, the operating times may vary from a minimum of 1 working day to a maximum of 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are listed with the product's information, in the order confirmation email and in your reserved area in the Orders section.

All the products are accurately packed and shipped with an express delivery service.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Deliveries in Europe usually require an average 1-2 working days; USA and Australia require an average 2-3 working days, while the rest of the world requires 2-5 working days, excluding customs times.

Order not arrived yet

Most of our orders always arrive on time. However, there may be delivery delays caused by events that cannot be attributed directly to Kechiq or the courier (e.g. bad weather, controls by the authorities). If the order has not yet arrived by the estimated date, contact Kechiq Customer Service immediately.

Our shipping companies

Kechiq shipments are only entrusted to the best couriers, including FedEx and UPS, the leader of air shipping.

Track your order

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email from both Kechiq and the courier who has taken charge of the shipment. The email will contain a link that lets you independently verify the status of the shipment. In the reserved area, you can also check the order's status and track the shipment at any time by pressing the button "TRACK PACKAGE".

Shipping countries

Kechiq's products can be bought all over the world, as the marketplace is present in many countries (Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, United States) and translated into several languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Italian): this allows customers to see prices directly in their currency and with customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges included.

Shipping costs and import fees

If the delivery country is not among the countries where Kechiq is present, local taxes and duties may be charged, as well as any additional shipping costs. Return and refund

How to return a product

In order to facilitate return operations, we have created wizards within the customer's reserved area. To take advantage of the free return option, you must keep the original Kechiq box for 100 days; in case of withdrawal from the contract, this must be re-used to package the product, except in cases where the box has been damaged during transport (in which case it is necessary to notify Customer Service in a timely manner). If the return is not sent with the original Kechiq box, the shipping costs will be withheld from the full refund.

Return times and methods

Kechiq reserves the right to be able to assess whether the necessary conditions have been met for a product's return, which may take up to 5 working days. Once the return is authorized, we will see to retrieving the product within 2-5 working days after the authorization. Upon receipt of the object at our logistics centre, its conditions will be ascertained and if the return is deemed suitable, the refund will be issued within 1-3 working days. However, an additional 1-5 days may be needed for the money to appear in your account. On average, the time span from the refund request to the actual credit refund is 5-10 working days.

Refund method

We refund every request made within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
From the 15th day the refund will be via coupon that can be used to shop in within 12 months.

We have created a user-friendly reserved area where you can manage and modify order details, request replacements and refunds, open claims, request dedicated services and other account-related features such as changing your registration data, password, etc.


The products are both from new collections and from outlets, and are therefore sellable at both standard price lists and with larger discounts. Our partners are authorized manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.


All the watches on Kechiq's site are new and authentic; they have instruction booklets, warranty certificates and original packaging.
